Our daily lives are comprised of dates, dead lines, times, rendezvous and Dj vu. The pressure of these influences can become toxic to our mental, physical, emotional, spiritual and social health. Escaping the man made world and taking refuge in our natural environment provides a stillness that is devoid in our culture. If you fully embrace the natural rhythms of the earth, you may find, as I have, your mind shuts off. You eat, sleep, hydrate and fight hypothermia; your man made eco-consciousness falls away and finally you become who you truly are. When your mind quiets and you do not have to listen to yourself think, a peace is found that I have known no where else.
