Description: Phong is the system's original COMMAND DOT COM. When ever a Sprite has a serious problem or dilema that they can't get on their own, they come to Phong for advise. He often says philisophical phrases that make sense to Users, but because the Sprites have no clue what he's talking about, they sometimes have to think about what he's said. Early on, Phong made Sprites play a game of pong and beat him before he'd give advise. After awhile, he seemed to give it freely. After Bob was shot off into the web, Phong made Dot the COMMAND DOT COM.
