General Review
Overall, well done, with plenty of background (campaign) information, HLS adventure snippets, and detailed NPCs to provide hours of fun play for the characters. It did seem a bit more Recon in WWII than N&S for a lot of the material, and I'd definitely recommend having a copy of that book as well.

Overall Review

Appearance: The article itself is extremely well done.
Artwork: Sadly the artwork is generally poor quality.
Structure: Well organized so every thing can be found easily.
Editing: Didn't need much.
Continuity: This article is still more proof of what I've been claiming for years. N&S functions better as a generic setting than any other Palladium game to date, and can be easily modified for any type of play.
