Why Study Re-Efi Areh-Ehsee?
Not as flashy as some arts, but meant to handle a large variety of combat situations. With grappling techniques combined with striking techniques, this style is well rounded and decent. This style lacks any true spiritual training, which may be loss for some. The perfect outdoor martial art.
