Yin Qi Bi Tien Hsueh (Negative Chi Block Vital Point)

This is a more selective version of the Chi Block Tien Hsueh. It only prevents the target from using negative chi. For this to be successful a Natural roll of 12 or better must be made. If the target manages to successfully Roll with Punch/Fall/Impact the chi block is not succesful, but the target loses 4D6 negative chi. (For more information see Mystic China page 150.)
