Level 1 - Extraordinary P.S. & P.E. at a cost of 12 chi per melee round.
Level 8 - Superhuman P.S. & P.E. at a cost of 24 chi per melee round.
Level 15 - Supernatural P.S. & P.E. at a cost of 48 chi per melee round.
