I'm still hitched to John, 2000 will usher in our 25th. Our daughter Jesse lives in Gettysburg and our son Micah just graduated from high school.
I am currently Teaching Director for Community Bible Study in Conifer where I teach and oversee a class of about 80 women and a similar number of kids. It has been the most humbling experience of my life. I also work part-time for a realtor as well as jumping into some other volunteer efforts.
As is the course of my life, I have moved again since Gettysburg. Although my parents have lived in the same house in Maple Heights for almost 50 years, I've never lived more than 5 years at any one place since leaving there. I am currently living in the foothills southwest of Denver. At last I have escaped the hazy, hot, and humid climate, at least for the time being. I still try to garden, but have to share my bounty with all the elk, deer, rabbits, and other critters who adore the fast gourmet foodstuffs.
