Wat Lao Buddhavong is a non-profit organization that belongs spiritually to the Lao Buddhist community and to all its Buddhists friends throughout the Washington Metropolitan region who helped support the establishment of this religious institution. It is a place where the Lao Buddhist community and other Washington DC metropolitan area Buddhists gather to express their religion and culture. Wat Lao Buddhavong is open to all who wish to learn, experience, or practice the Lao expression of Buddhism.
