    "dFox" (Foxpro,) COMDEX'Las Vegas

    Microsoft (Thailand) - Bangkok     New Year's 95

Bio:   L.A., Honolulu, Thailand; software developer - photos of the lady in my life to follow..     Jenny N. Parseeya   110 lbs. of Spicy Thai!!!

To bring you up to date, I would like to introduce my son, his Thai mother (ever so briefly) and my new Thai wife, Jenny Nong Parseeya!     Here is a photo of my mother and her friend both visiting Hawaii from Massachusetts and Renu, Stephen's mother, Renu Yodmongkol.     (She's the one on the right, the Oriental lady..)     My mother was about 55 there; turning 82 this past November.     For more on Thai marriages, and the military...

Stephen Marcus Picchione attends Cal State University, Long Beach and is a senior and participates in Forensics, or debates; bringing the First Place Championship to his school for the Pacific Program in 1999.     Steve plans to continue his studies for a master degree program and/or Law School.     Many photos of him are missing.     Being half Thai, he was always a cute kid and I lean towards his youthful photos such as the one here - at an Open House for McDonnell Douglas employee families (atop an airstrip emergency vehicle.)

In high school, he was on the varsity football team.     I never knew he liked football that much; later - to find out, it was for attracting the young ladies.. <s>   Chip off the old block!     He attracted plenty of young ladies all right; a cultural shock for me having to take messages from girls calling him!     His graduation prom was enjoyed with a beautiful Phillipino-American girl on his arm!     And, a wonderfull group of buddies that have become life-long friends; living in Southern California for over 20 of his 24 years of life!     Steves the one knealing on the left..

With the Army permitting me to attend college full-time to complete my college studies for my bachelor's degree, reunion with a distant relative on my father's side of the family, religious reverence; meeting a traveling Ajahn from Krabi; coming to my home, becoming an independent businessman from 1981; enjoying association with others recognized for their achievements - here after a convention in San Francisco.     FWIW, "FoxExpress" - one of the best programmer's development tool for Foxpro.

Now, I will conclude this family album with the most important (Thai) link to me, my wife and a presentation of several beautiful photos of her.     Thank you for your interest in my background and what has been my journey through life full of happiness, successes and failures to better form me as a member of the human race!     Less I forget, in '95 (a chance to return to Korat and the Royal Thai Army Basecamp named "Friendship" provided by the U.S.) and a War Memorial to Thai Army Veterans that sacraficed their lives so that we may enjoy world freedom.

    Lompoc, California     Vanderberg A.F.B., California

Lompoc and Vandenberg A.F.B. are in an area between Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo or for those of you not quite familiar with California - between San Francisco (to the north) and Los Angeles (to the south) or Central California.   I.m.h.o., it is the best kept secret in the world.   The weather is moderate; the country is beautiful and the living is extraordinaire -- less crime, of course ...

p.s.   I know it is hard to believe, but I am 2 years her senior..
She did not "rob the gratel"..

Thai Taste Restaurant, Anaheim, California     And, last but not least - some photos that just didn't fit in to this cronological arrangement the way I would have liked (for the sake of brevity,) taking my son around the Pacific in '84 when he was 9 years old beginning with 6 weeks in Australia, a month in Thailand, another week in Hong Kong and return to where he was born in Hawaii for a few more weeks - making a wonderfull summer vacation for him in 1984.     The month in Thailand was an opportunity to see his mother's relatives, his grandmother, cousins and uncles and aunts.
