Part 14, page 2
They drove towards Nekos house, when suddenly, Neko told Tenshi to stop.
Nani? Tenshi asked as she pulled over.
Neko jumped out of the car and ran back to where Jasper had been slowly walking down the street, his eyes on the sidewalk below him, his hands in his pockets.
Jasper-kun! she called as she ran up to him.
Neko-chan, he whispered, startled to find her in front of him.
Where are you going? Neko asked.
I left my jacket at the Crown the other day.  I need to get it before I go, he paused, before finishing, home.
Home?  Neko asked, hurt.  Youre going back to Eryx?  Werent you going to say goodbye?
He looked away.  It wouldve been awkward.  With the kiss
Baka!  How dare you leave me like this?!  She threw her arms around him and began to cry into his chest.  You wouldve gone home, and I wouldnt have been able to tell you that I got my memories back, and that it doesnt matter, and I still want to be your friend!
You got them back?  Jasper lifted her chin up with two fingers.  He looked into her tear-filled eyes.  Thats great, Neko-chan.  You shouldnt cry over that.
I dont want to lose you.

Its okay.  Im still here.  I wont abandon you, I promise.
He kissed her tenderly on her forehead.
Suki da yo, Hime-chan.  Ill be on Eryx, waiting for you.
He released her and started walking in the same direction as before.  Invite me to your and Tenshis wedding, okay? he requested, looking over his shoulder as he walked off.  She wasnt sure, but his step almost seemed lighter than before.

Sayonara, Jasper-kun, she whispered.  I wont forget you.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
Stay in the car.  Ill go in and change.
Neko hopped out of the car, unwilling to subject Tenshi to the wrath of her sister.  She ran into the house and almost immediately was attacked by her sister.
Where the hell have you been all night?! Mi-chan yelled at her as she gave her a violent hug.  I was so worried about you!
Is everything okay? Tenshi asked as she came up to the doorway.  Neko suspected she was checking to make sure that she wasnt needed to explain where they were the way Neko had earlier to Haruka.
Bad move.  What were you thinking, keeping her out all night?! Mi-chan shouted at her.  I didnt even know that she was with you?!  What was I supposed to think?!  She started towards her threateningly.
Mi-chan!  Neko grabbed her from behind.  *
I have my memories back!*
She normally would not be able to stop Mi-chan when her twin was that furious.  But this time Mi-chan halted.  *
Honto?* she asked needlessly.  She didnt need confirmation of their connection.  It was there, they both could feel it.  If Neko hadnt gone unconscious in her first few moments of having her memories back, it wouldve hit Mi-chan all at once.  Instead, it had strengthened gradually as Neko allowed herself to wake up.
If Neko thought the hug before was violent, that was nothing compared to how hard Mi-chan was squeezing her now.  *
Mi-chan!*  Mi-chan released her before she ran out of air.  I have to go change, Neko said, pointing to her salt- and sand-filled school fuku.  Ill be back.  She blew Tenshi a kiss and ran upstairs, hearing Mi-chan come as close to an apology as she was going to right now.
Tenshi-kun, come in.  Have a soda, or or Ill make you a hoagie or something.
