Dear, my angel Kagayaite Itsudemo egao misete
Wasurenaide donna toki mo Sasaeteru Soba ni iru I love you.

Neko didnt say anything for a few moments.  Tenshi wondered if she had chosen a song that was too romantic for Nekos comfort-level with this relationship.  Finally, Neko spoke.  This is paradise, she whispered.
The last line of waves crashed at their ankles.  Tenshi felt as if she was rising and sinking with the water level. She was on a high from the speed with which her relationship with Neko had transformed back into something resembling what she had before.  But she was enjoying every second of it.
Tenshi-kun? Neko asked softly.  What were you going to say?  When we got?
Tenshi sighed.  Only Neko would have caught that almost slip she made.  This is so nice, Koneko.  I dont want to make you uncomfortable and ruin it.
Neko spun around to face her.  Mah, do we have a deep dark secret, Tenshi-kun?
Tenshi chuckled but held her tongue.  Neko responded to her silence with a less playful tone.  Didnt you ask me to trust you?  We cant keep secrets from each other then.
That was easy for her to say.  With only six days of memories, she wasnt likely to have any secrets to keep from Tenshi.  Well, Id tell you, but then Id have to kill you, Tenshi joked.
You wouldnt do that, Neko said sweetly.
No, never.  But Tenshi was glad Neko trusted her to take that risky joke so well.  I really shouldnt tell you, Koneko.
Ah, I supposed normally Id have some sneaky way to get you to talk, ne?  She leaned in close.  Id offer you a kiss for the information, she said suggestively.  Despite how much she wanted to, Tenshi didnt take the offer.  No?  Maybe I had other modes of getting information.  Neko thought for a moment.  Tell me, Miss Tenoh, are you ticklish by any chance?
Tenshi practically jumped back in surprise.  You wouldnt dare, she predicted nervously.  The mere suggestion was Mi-chans fault, Tenshi could tell.
Oh, I wouldnt, would I?  No sooner was the challenge out of Tenshis mouth than Neko began to tickle her.
No, Koneko, she giggled, this isnt fair.  Onegai.
She broke free and ran off.  They both were giggling as Neko chased her around the beach, until finally Neko caught up to her and grabbed her from behind, around the waist.
Now, tell me all your secrets, she demanded, still laughing.
Tenshi was laughing so hard her stomach was beginning to hurt.  But she refused to give in.  You havent won yet, Koneko, she cried.  She tried to get away again, this time failing and causing them both to lose their balance.  They tumbled across the sand together.
Tenshi held Neko close to her until they came to a stop.  When they did, she opened her eyes, to check that they were both okay.

I won, she whispered in awe.
     Huh?  Won what?
The game, Tenshi answered.  You always end up on top, but today I won.
Neko knew this should have been an awkward situation, lying on the beach with Tenshis body pressed against hers.  But instead of discomfort, she felt excitement and anticipation.
Tenshi had a dreamy shojo look in her eyes as she gazed down at Neko, her soft blond tendrils falling around her face like a halo.  Neko suspected her eyes perhaps had a similar look reflecting back at Tenshi.
What do you win? she asked softly.
     You, I hope.
Neko found herself hoping the same thing.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
Tenshi stared at the woman she loved, worshipping every millimeter of her.
Have I ever told you how absolutely in love with you I am? she asked.
I dont know, Neko answered sincerely.  Have you?
I love everything about you, Koneko.  You are the most beautiful person in the universe, inside and out.  Lovingly, she brushed aside some hair that had fallen into Nekos eyes.  I love She stopped before complimenting Nekos hair.  Then she realized that there was no need to hold back.
She smiled adoringly and ran her fingers gently through Nekos long silky hair.  I love your beautiful emerald hair.  I love how your soulful violet eyes shine at me.  To her pleasure, they shone at her now.  When theyre happy, I just want to lose myself in them.  And when they shine with tears, I just want to kiss those tears away.  And when you close them, I want to know what thoughts youre hiding behind those beautiful long lashes of yours.
Neko smiled bashfully and closed her eyes as Tenshi leaned down to kiss her eyelids.  She moved her lips to Nekos forehead.  Your intelligence has a beauty all its own.  Every thought in your head is beautiful, and I love every one you ever let out.  I hang onto every word that passes beyond your lips.  Everything within Tenshi longed to touch those luscious lips with her own, but she put that longing aside and instead touched them to Nekos cheeks.  I love your rose-tinted cheeks and how they reflect your modesty.  I love the slender line of your neck.  She kissed that too.
She was in the moment, but that didnt mean she wasnt aware that what she wanted to do next might make Neko uncomfortable.  She moved her hands to the top button of Nekos blouse and slowly began to unhook it, watching Neko very closely for any signs of discomfort.  When the button was loose, she moved her lips to the newly bare skin.  I love how warm and sweet your heart is.  And how before every action you make, you consult with it.  I dont know how you love so strongly and so completely, but you do, and that makes you shine with an even greater beauty.
She stopped as she felt Nekos chest shudder a couple times.  Worried she had gone too far with that last kiss, Tenshi sat up and looked at her.
Neko was staring up at the sky.  Tears filled her eyes and ran down the sides of her face.  Tenshi realized that the movement had been that of silent sobs.
