His jaw dropped.
"I'll take that as a yes. Don't let Mi-chan see you gaping at me like that." Not that either girl would take it as anything but a compliment.
"Gomen nasai."
She ran back into the dressing room and got dressed again. She came out in her normal clothes, carrying the last dress she had tried on. "Is that the one you want for her?"
He nodded. As they approached the cash register, he mentioned, "I want to get her something else too. Is that alright?"
She giggled. "I'm sure Mi-chan won't mind."

They exited the store and ran into Mi-chan, Tenshi, Kimahou, and Chibi, who were about to enter.
"Oops," said Chibi, as the twins glared at him. "I forgot."
Neko quickly checked to make sure Mi-chan's gifts were well concealed within the shopping bag she held.
"Well, we've been caught. So�" Mi-chan changed the subject to lessen the wrath of an irritated Neko, "how about some ice cream?"

Neko had soon forgotten that she was mad at Mi-chan. It wasn't so much the ice cream, as the fact that Tenshi was there. Neko had no problem flirting with her in front of her siblings. In fact Tenshi almost suspected that Neko was more encouraged with them there. Tenshi didn't mind too much.
Except that Chibi kept glaring at her.
"You know, you guys haven't been dating very long," he pointed out as their sundaes arrived. "I don't even know anything about you, Tenshi-san."
"Chibi, be nice," the twins said in unison.
"Well, it's true. I know he's Haruka-sama and Michiru-sama's son, and he's a Knight. And I've only seen Night Angel for like five seconds, so I really don't know anything. It's not fair," he whined.
"Gomen, Gebriel-kun, demo-"
Neko grabbed Tenshi's hand. "Just ignore him," she advised her.
"Demo-"
"He's just making trouble. No matter what you say, he's going to argue with you." She lowered her voice so that he couldn't hear. "He's just upset that he doesn't have a girlfriend yet despite all his best efforts. He doesn't like anyone to be more charming than him."
Tenshi laughed gently. "If you say so."
"What are you laughing about?!" Chibi was being a little paranoid.
"Ne, Jian-kun," Mi-chan said diplomatically. "How about if you take Tenshi-kun into that department store next door. You can show Tenshi-kun any clothes Neko-chan was looking at for herself today."
"Oh, okay." Jian-wa obediently began to get up.
"Ne, I want to go too!" Kimahou exclaimed.
Everyone looked at her.
"What? I can't hang out with the boys?"
Mi-chan giggled. "Have fun!"
Neko pouted as Tenshi left, despite the goodbye kiss Tenshi blew at her.
"Oh, stop it. They'll come back soon," Mi-chan said playfully.
Chibi stuck his tongue out at Neko. "That's what you get for talking about me behind my back."
"Behave!" Mi-chan scolded him.
"Can't you be nicer to Tenshi-kun?" Neko pleaded to him.
"No. He just thinks he can come in here being all charming and get his way with my sisters. Well, we don't know anything about him. He could be a homicidal psycho-killer, and you wouldn't know. Well, I won't let him get away with that sort of thing." He put a fist to his heart and looked off in the distance proudly. "I will protect you fair women 'til the day I die," he declared.
Mi-chan began to laugh. Even Neko started to smile.
"What?" he asked offended.
"Chibi," Neko said firmly, but gently. "I don't want you to make trouble for Tenshi-kun. I know I've never dated much, unlike some people at this table," she was interrupted by a giggle from Mi-chan, "but it was because I never found the right person before. And I think Tenshi-kun could be it. So onegai, don't make trouble. Because I think I might love her."
"Okay, fine," he grumbled. "Wait, huh?" Suddenly, he realized that something didn't make sense in that statement. "What do you mean you love her?! Wait, what do you mean you love her?!" He was very confused.
Neko blushed. "Chibi, I'm-"
But Chibi already had it figured out. "Oh, why didn't I see that Tenshi-san was a girl?! I mean, really! What was I thinking? Of course, she is! Her parents are both girls. Where did I think that she got that Y-chromosome from?"
Mi-chan shrugged. "The same place that Haruka-sama and Michiru-sama got the ability to have children, perhaps?"
"Yeah, that must explain what I was thinking. Good call." Sadly, he was totally serious. "Hey, wait! How is she a Knight?"
Neko sighed and began to explain once again about how Haruka had wanted a boy.
