Of all the joys in the world, Neko found there was no one greater than giving her lover pleasure. But this was beyond anything she had felt before. As she and Tenshi fulfilled their craving for each other, she felt all awareness of her own body slip away. It was as if their souls had merged together, and she could no longer differentiate her thoughts and feelings and being from those of Tenshi.

Maybe it was just that now she could sense that Tenshi was experiencing something that Neko couldn't comprehend, and it made her so overwhelmed with joy that she could imagine it was the same thing. Complete and utter peace.
Tenshi was surrounded by it. And she knew Neko was too, as she slept softly next to Tenshi, her head nestled under Tenshi's chin.
It was the strangest feeling. Tenshi had always assumed sex would be more carnal, more animalistic, but this had been just as much a spiritual experience. She felt like she should be glowing. That was the kind of excitement she felt throughout her being. Her skin danced anywhere it touched Neko's soft naked body.
She gazed affectionately at her peaceful lover. It was strange. Despite how tranquil everything was and how exhausted she had been earlier, she was still awake, while it was Neko who had fallen asleep. As if somehow, Neko had transferred her own boundless energy to Tenshi during their lovemaking.
"I'm awake," Neko murmured drowsily as if she had heard Tenshi's thoughts.
Tenshi wondered if she had inadvertently made some move that had caused Neko to waken. "Did I wake you?" she whispered.
Tenshi felt Neko shake her head gently. "I didn't want to miss a moment," Neko sighed.
"Well, if you want to stay awake�." Tenshi ran her finger lightly up Neko's arm to her shoulder and then down Neko's side, saying, "We could go again. You could experience the pleasure I did."
As she finished her suggestion, her finger reached Neko's hip, and Neko buried her face in Tenshi's shoulder to smother her light giggles. Then she said softly, "Maybe later. Right now I want to finish enjoying this time."
Tenshi smiled at her. She knew exactly what Neko meant. And yet�. She knew Neko's mom was away on business, but what about her dad? She didn't want Neko to get in trouble. "How long are you planning to stay?"
"Forever," Neko said sweetly. She settled back against Tenshi, admitting, "My father has the graveyard shift at the hospital. You have me all night."
Tenshi thought that was as close to perfect as it got. Even if Neko didn't want to go again, Tenshi'd be content to hold her lover in her arms all night. And Neko seemed content to stay there.
Tenshi thought back to her wedding dress. She really did need to find one worthy of marrying Neko in. Maybe she'd get one specially made. She smiled to herself. That'd probably work better.
"Tenshi," Neko whispered, "I love you."
"I know," Tenshi assured her.
Neko snuggled deeper against her. "I'm sorry you had such a bad day," she said softly.
Tenshi gave her a small kiss on her forehead to comfort her. "Don't worry about it, Koneko. This was the best day of my life."
