Shayera Janota has helped with the characterization of all of the Mizuno children and Kou and is responsible for the basic background behind the storyline. Without her, there would be no story, therefore for all intents and purposes, she is Kami-sama! Oh, yeah, if you have a problem with same-sex relationships (or the GLBT community in general), don't read the story. You won't be happy, I won't be happy, and who needs all that. Also just so you're warned, don't watch the show unless it's dubbed either. Instead you should go read my dubbed version of this story - Of Angels and Devils.
Mizuno Gebriel/Draco�: David's character is also known as Chibi , Chibi Ga and Gabi. Mostly as Chibi though, even when he's transformed. He has silver hair and navy eyes. He's 14 and very, very horny. He's also a klutz, yet for some reason insists on doing acrobatics. Being well trained in matters of the soul, though, the other scouts look to him to sense for evil and "Akuryo Taisan." He's very (book) smart and likes to gloat over it. His knightly power is creativity (not reason, as originally thought) and he uses sunflowers and shirukens to attack.
Mizuno Kimahou/Sailor Phoenix: Marianne's character just went abroad with Sailor Mars, but she's back now. Everyone calls her Ki-chan, but Neko calls her Kimako (and I'll do it in the story too, even when it's Mi-chan's or Chibi's POV). She's a little more timid about using her powers than the rest of us. She's also in choir, but she has a band that she sings in as well. She has short maroonish hair and sky blue eyes. Phoenix's element is fire
Kou: Andy's character is 16 (this is why Mi-chan and Neko like the "�" part of their age, because they can gloat about being older than him), loves rice (can we say "obsession"), hates loud noises like sirens or bells, is a megalomaniac and a Starlight with the power "Angel Light." Nobody seems to remember his transformation name, so I'm just going to call him Sailor Star Kou because I can. Gorgeous in a feminine way (untransformed), he knows he can use his "sex appeal" to his advantage against both genders. He's also rich. Neko tolerates him because Ami told them to be nice, but no one else likes him. A latecomer to the game, he's only been in one battle and doesn't seem to be around a lot
Isaac Jones (created by Hathor and me): Mi-chan's guy-of-the-moment. But the moment's mostly over. He's a sweetheart who drank some bad water that made him aggressive for a day. She promised to arm wrestle him later, and won a date with him out of it. He also rides a dirt bike (she beats him in every race). He's cute, African-American (no, really, because he's from the U.S.), and apparently really nice. The only person who's actually met him so far is Mi-chan.
Jian-wa Chang (whose name, but not his character, belongs to the creators of Vanishing Son. His character was created by me): An exchange student from China and Neko's best friend. He was the best soccer player at the school, but when Neko scored on him the first day of PE, he asked her out to ice cream. Never one to refuse coffee ice cream, she went, but made it clear that she thought he was nice and would love to be his friend, but not his girlfriend. They've been best friends since. Mi-chan, failing a sensing of evil, thought Neko was moving in on Isaac, and started flirting with Jian-kun, who she thought Neko was in love with but in denial about it. Neko thought this was great and supported the pair, knowing that he had to at least be attracted to Mi-chan - she looks just like Neko. He is a non-player character, but has been in pretty much every game to date.
Tenoh Puroko (Shayera's creation): Neo-queen Serenity blessed Kaiou Michiru and Tenoh Haruka with the ability to have children if they wanted. Puroko is the youngest and the only one the Mizuno children have ever met (they saved her from aggressive kids at the school when the water made people hostile towards them on their second day in Crystal Tokyo). After the Mizuno kids met her, the Tenoh-Kaiou family went on vacation to Hawaii.
