| that they'd get into the school's college level. When a school went from kindergarten to graduate school, all in one building, getting into the next grade level suddenly became a little easier. Neko hit her lightly with a book. "That doesn't mean you get to slack off and spend all day at the motorsports track," she warned her. "Who, me?" Mi-chan asked in jest. The truth was that she rarely missed class. It was just that compared to Neko and Chibi, she didn't do as well in school, and she had to study a bit harder in some classes, which of course were the ones she didn't really want to study anyway, such as math and the vocabulary/grammar part of Japanese or English. Hoshi had to laugh. Yet, their antics also made her sad. "I'm gonna miss you guys so much when you're gone," she shared with them, wondering where she was going to find anybody like them. "Maybe not every day," she suggested. "How about every week? Every month even?" Hoshi nodded her approval. Every day might be a bit much. "Okay, at least every month." The twins agreed, and she felt a little better, knowing that they'd all keep in contact with each other. It still wasn't as good as them staying, but she'd survive. It wasn't like there was anything she could really do about it anyway. So she guessed it was okay that they were going. They'd all see each other again someday. |
