Ah, September. I wanted to have some reviews this time. The problem is, as she is writing this, M doesn't have any of the above menu items yet. But you will all try them, won't you? :) I do have the Ihoujin PV, and a couple of mp3s off Big Machine, but it's not enough to review. Ihoujin has a catchy opening by Tak, and vocals by ZARD's Izumi Sakai, who sings sweetly, but without oomph. Still, I hear many previously uninterested in Tak have been paying attention to this song. They should check out Tak's frenetic solos in Hakanai Diamond and Wake Up, Right Now when Big Machine comes out... I'm sure Tak's collaboration with Kuraki Mai will also get a lot of attention.

B'z turn 15! Whatever anyone thinks of B'z, no one can deny that they have forged a phenomenal career that is still racing along. They haven't lost speed, they haven't lost their passion. And they do it with grace. Tak and Koshi also have red-hot solo careers, which somehow doesn't shake the unity of B'z at all. They've earned the respect of fans, not only for their music, but for the heart and dedication they put in. Somewhere along the way, you come to respect them for who they are as people too. They're funny, they're classy, they're grounded, they're so darn nice. I don't think my confidence in B'z will ever falter. A toast to Tak and Koshi and all their fans!

Speaking of irresistible qualities, whose birthday is it this month but a certain Koshi Inaba's?

I wouldn't normally write something as sappy as love ya on this picture, but I've been listening to Tak's Love ya love ya!

I won't even try to write up anything about him right now, because there must be a million reasons why we love him. Suffice to say that at 39 years of age, he shines like a sun. May all your dreams come true, Inaba-san! Wishing you all the best and a wonderful year! Save some cake for Iori-chan and Bub! :)
PS: Koshi's own comment about his birthday in this year's calendar: "Mou sarigenaku....sarigenaku. This birthday wa, sarigenaku..." Someone want to translate? Ok thanks to Keen-chan, we have this! "Well, casually casually...this birthday should be casual."Hehe, no need to worry, 178-san, you're still 178% great.

Rock star Thinker
Staying Green!

Ok, now head over to Koshi's section to check out the new interview!

Thanks to tamashii-chan for the Koshi in nature pic and the Akatsuki pic. The others are from CD Hits and Data, and the 2003 calendar.
