The Mad Bishounen Fangirl, also commonly known as the Bishiena Fangirlia species, is the most superior of the Madbitch family. This type of species takes form of a female, and is often heard 'Oh- ho-ho-ho-ho'ing. This characteristic is acknowledged as the sound the Bishiena genus make when they laugh.

Bishiena Fangirlias often keep bishounens as pets, in some sort of harem, where the Bishiena can summon them to entertain her when she's bored. She keeps her pets under a tight rein, and does not allow them to wander. When her bishounens are threatened, the Bishiena Fangirlia may turn defensive, much akin like a mother protecting its young. The Bishiena genus will often snarl, shriek, and are known to bite.
