Silly Science Experiment 2
(Gooey Gack)

Mix:

  • 1/4 Cup water
  • 2 Tablespoons glue
  • 5 Drops food coloring

    In a second container, mix:

  • 1/2 teaspoon borax
  • 1/2 cup water

Gently pour the colored glue into the borax mixture. Stir till mixed. Scoop the firmer gack out of the water and knead (squsih together) until dry enough to play with.

    Properties:

    Color:______________________________________

    Texture:____________________________________

    Smell:______________________________________

I think this would be good for:

    ____________________________________________

    ____________________________________________

    ____________________________________________

All mixtures can be kept for several days if stored in a covered container. Put the mixture inside a plastic bag and then place it in an old yogurt or cottage cheese container marked with a big X so that nobody will mistake it for yogurt.
Do not eat them or pour them down your parents' drain!
When you have finished with your experiments throw the mixture and the container away.
