I did't make my layout actually. It was made by bw-inc. [Explained on the main page.] I don't think i'd be able to explain how to make a layout without sounding incoherent ^_^;;, but there are many sites on the net that contain tutorials and such.

It depends what you mean by 'help.' I can help you with any codes that you may need, or fix this and that, etc...
Can you make me a layout?
Sorry, I can't and I won't. I used to make anyone layouts for free when they asked, but I found that it took too much of my time up, and the same people kept asking me to do their whole site. BUT -- I do have non-custom made layouts available on my site. Feel free to take any one you like.
