Vincenzo Montella said that in January he still will be wearing Sampdoria's
jersey. In any case, Juve's offer (money plus either Nicola Amoruso or
Daniel Fonseca) is stil valid, although other teams, such as Manchester
United, Barcelona, and Roma, are after Montella.
Real Madrid has asked for left fullback Felipe (Vasco da Gama), but his
agent said that Juventus has already reserved the player.
Juve's offer for Fabrizio Ravanelli is 15 billion lire plus the option on
Zinedine Zidane for the 2001/02 season (if Juve wants to sell Zizou,
Olympique Marseille has the pole position for an offer).

Meanwhile, sources in Metz say that when Juve bought Jocelyn Blanchard, it

arrival depends on Zizou and Alessandro Del Piero and their future in a
Juve uniform. Pires' price is around 25 billion lire.
Finally, Juve has received an offer from Barcelona for Gianluca Pessotto,
while Manchester United has made another try for Zizou.
