Some time ago, the Triad (Luciano Moggi, Antonio Giraudo, Roberto Bettega) flew to London on a private plane (given by FIAT) to meet Tottenham's president Alan Sugar. There, they discussed defender Sol Campbell. Juve's offer was 15 million [Lit 46 billion; 24 million; $25 million; 2.6 billion], but Sugar replied that Campbell's price is 20 million [Lit 61 billion; 31 million; $33 million; 3.5 billion]. The Triad then left London, disgusted by the price.
Meanwhile, Juve scout Romano Matt was sent several times to the Netherlands to report on 18-year old midfielder Mahamadou Diarra of Vitesse Arnhem. Diarra is a member of the Under-20 Malian National team. Milan is also interested in Diarra.
