Vasco da Game vice president, Eurico Miranda, said that he is willing to
sell 21-year old fullback Jorge Lourenco Felipe to Juventus for $20 million
[Lit. 33 billion, �17 million]. This is because Vasco da Gama desperately
wants back forward Edmundo from Fiorentina, but his price is at least Lit.
23 billion [�12 million; $14 million].
Luis Pedrinho, agent for both Felipe and Edmundo, contacted Juventus, who
is willing to negotiate, since the price is a bit steep. Moreover, it seems
that Inter has offered Roberto Carlos Lit. 5 billion [�2.6 million; $3
million] per season, something that Juve is not willing to give to the Real
Madrid fullback.
