According to Tuttosport, Juve prospect Riccardo Bonetto, who last year
played with Serie C2 team Novara and was with Fermana [C1] this season, was
loaned to Belgian first division team Beveren. His debut will be this
Saturday against Standard Li�ge.
According to La Stampa, Juventus bought 20-year old forward Ronnie O'Brian
of Middlesbrough. O'Brian, who has already played with Irish National team,
will sign a 4-year contract starting next season. Although he has been
compared to Steve McManaman [Liverpool], most people expect O'Brian to be
loaned to a Serie A team for experience. Juventus, thanks to the Bosman
Ruling, won't have to spend a single penny for O'Brian, since he refused to
sign a contract extension (which expires this season) since Middlesbrough
coach Brian Robson wants to play with more experienced players.
Meanwhile, Patrick M�ller, who was bought last summer, will be loaned for
the remaining of the season to Grasshoppers Zurich.
Finally, Edgar Davids said that he will remain with Juventus next season.
