Hale Keen to Seal Juve Link
 PA Sporting Life

(Nov. 10) West Brom chairman Tony Hale has confirmed he will fly out to Italy in the near future to push through the club's proposed link-up with European giants Juventus.

Hale is desperate to finalise details with the Serie A side which would allow Brian Little to tap into some of the finest young prospects in Italy on long-term loans.

Negotiations are already under way between Albion and the Turin-based club but Hale wants face-to-face talks in Italy before Christmas.

"I'm very excited about this potential link," said Hale. "It is one of many positive things that we are actively pursuing. Right now we are trying to sort out a meeting over there.

"I want to go over to Italy and talk to relevant people concerned so we can try to get this off the ground," he told the Wolverhampton Express & Star.

Hale, up for re-election as a director in two days time, claims Albion's outlook is bright and will paint a positive picture of a club moving into a new century when he addresses up to 2,000 shareholders at West Bromwich Gala Baths on Thursday night.
