Juventus To Achieve Success This Season, Igor Tudor Declares
TURIN, December 27 (DS) - "Juventus FC will become the Italian champion. We also want to achieve success in the Champions League and Italian Cup," Juventus Croatian defender Igor Tudor stated. "Maybe, my words aren't sounding earnestly now, but my club members are in good mood and we work actively. After the break we have a very tense schedule. We have to prepare properly," the 2001 best player of Croatia announced.
"I have not been successful up to now. I haven't won any trophy up to present. I moved to Juventus in 1998 but my side haven't won anything since then. My coach Lippi wants me to play in the midfield. That is not a problem for me. I hope to leave all diseases and injuries behind in 2001 and start the New Year with new successes," Tudor concluded.
