Juventus Awaiting Nedved To Perform Himself
ROME, November 19 (DS) - "Juventus awaited Michel Platini and Zinedine Zidane for six-seven months to perform themselves. They were also expecting Alessandro Del Piero, so, they can wait for Pavel Nedved as well," said the Juventus FC coach Marcello Lippi regarding the team midfielder's not so productive play.
After ongoing failure of two months, the fortune graced Juventus with a smile. The only thing that dims the team's cloudless sky is the Czech midfielder Pavel Nedved's not so successful play.
"Nedved works hard. Of course, he feels his friends' support, as well as that of the whole group. All he needs is to score a goal. The strain will be left behind then. When I compare his play of this season with that of the past one, I can say for sure that he doesn't play any worse. The difference is only that he scored a goal last season, but this season he hasn't yet, I repeat, yet, managed to score any," stated Marcello Lippi.
