Josep Guardiola May Move To Juventus After Christmas
ROME, November 3 (DS) - Yesterday Italian newspapers Corriere dello Sport and Tuttosport reported that Brescia newcomer Josep Guardiola may move to Juventus FC after Christmas, Diario AS states.
It transpired that Brescia chairman Luigi Corioni and Juventus board members Antonio Giraudo, Roberto Bettega and Luciano Moggi came to that agreement in September when Guardiola joined the Italian club from FC Barcelona.
The Spaniard should have played uninterruptedly to recover his physical shape.
Marcello Lippi admitted that he needs a playmaker. Thus, if Guardiola joins Juventus at the beginning of the year then he will seize the opportunity to play in the Champions League.
Nevertheless, Guardiola announced yesterday that he is not going to leave Brescia.
