Juventus Have No Dependence Upon Zidane, Says Lippi
TURIN, Italy, October 4 (DS) - Juventus' last home defeat against AS Roma
provoked great disappointment among their supporters. The failure of "La
Vecchia Signora" was of primary interest for the Apennine press.
Moreover, according to the recent rumors Juventus haven't yet fully
"recovered" after Zinedine Zidane's departure to Real Madrid, but the club
manager Marcello Lippi said that his side doesn't have any dependence upon
Zidane.
"Zidane will remain forever in our hearts, yet no one suffers because of his
absence. We have completely changed the conception of our play, and we need
time to grind it. The most important thing is to achieve the fruitful and
spectacular level of play," said Lippi.
