Zinedine Zidane declared himself delighted with Juventus late rally against Milan on Saturday night, but Milan boss Alberto Zaccheroni was furious at his sides slackness.
Zidane, who won the man of the match award: "We are really happy tonight. After Milan went two up, we showed we had the temperament and we could have scored a third goal too. I hope we will carry on like this."
His coach, Carlo Ancelotti admitted that he was a bag of nerves during the game: "I was really nervous," he said.
"We didnt deserve to lose the match and after Milan went two up I asked myself if I had done anything wrong at all. Of course the line-up was picked withthe match we will play on Tuesday in mind."
Ancelotti was asked about the choice of who to leave on the bench: David Trezeguet or Darko Kovacevic: "I know that David and Darko score often when they play. I hope they will go on scoring every time they have the chance to play. I must use all my players because we have so many matches to play. Tonight it was the turn for Inzaghi and Del Piero to start.
"We suffered a lot on corners and free-kicks, because Milan had many tall players: on the first goal, Ambrosini was marked but he was able to run free inside our penalty box. Im happy because my team reacted very well to a double disadvantage. We didnt deserve it for what we had done until that moment."
Zaccheroni was really devastated at the end: "I hoped that we could win the match after the second goal. Now I have two great regrets: first is that we let Juventus play during the whole first half; the second that we conceded two goals that we could have avoided with a little more concentration.
"Of course with teams as strong as Juventus you must never think that the match is won before last referees final whistle."
