Juventus Win to Maintain Lead Over Lazio

ROME, March 5 (Reuters) - Juventus maintained their four-point lead at the top of Serie A with a 2-0 home win over Bari on Sunday. Antonio Conte struck in the first half and Alessandro Del Piero converted a second half penalty.

Lazio stay second after a spectacular first half strike from Czech Pavel Nedved earned them a 1-0 win at Lecce. AS Roma kept in touch with a 1-0 win at home to Torino. Marco Delvecchio was their marksman.

Parma eased the pressure on their coach Alberto Malesani with a 3-0 win over Reggina, Hernan Crespo scoring twice. AC Milan and Inter Milan were meeting later on Sunday.
