Juventus Loses Fonseca For Rest of Season

ROME (March 4, 2000 3:47 p.m. EST http://www.sportserver.com) - Juventus's Uruguay international striker Daniel Fonseca has been ruled out for the rest of the season after a knee operation.
Fonseca, who has not started a Serie A game for the Turin
club this season, had an operation on a ligament problem on
Saturday.
His season has been riddled with injury problems but he had
recently begun full training.
Juventus play Bari in a league match on Sunday.
