All these contribution to support justice rights etc. for the past 61 year have been "at minimum cost [disadvantage], for maximum benefit [advantage]", to reach and exceed the level of any Chinese, international, or world work job and prize (scholarship, fellowship, grant).

Time did and does fly. I did arrive in the Goodwin (mining [and] engineering department) building of Queen's University in the beginning of October of 1989. After less than a year of residence in Kingston city, I did take a train to transfer to the Geomechanics Research Centre of Laurentian University in Sudbury city. In year 1993, I did lead to receive a page of verifying book [certificate] for an academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy from Queen's University with the date of "28th day of May, 1993" and signature by Principal, Dean, and Secretary of Senate of that time. I have proof that the sequence or order of the three title of government academic degree and graduation witness [certificate] should be: "bachelor school 和尚師傅[秀才], doctor school rightist-citizen 道德師傅義士[道士], master school rightist-citizen 僧師傅義士[僧人 高僧]". This correct sequence or order will help the Canadian government and ministry, as well as the world, to realize and support justice rights, freedom, etc. in the long term {ref. the "Canada (provinces) charter of (justice) rights and freedom 加拿大(省經)正義和義福憲章"}. The most high academic degree and graduation witness should be the "master school rightist-citizen", rather than the past and present "doctor school rightist-citizen".

The "school mines unit of (graduate) study and research (畢業)教學和延究師傅明義士單位" did and will help both government and ministry realize and support justice rights, freedom etc. in the long run in Canada (Provinces) and the world. From year 1979 to 1983, I did graduate from a volunteer rights duty high "School Mines Unit (institution)" to lead to receive a ministry "Bachelor school rightist-citizen" graduation honor witness book [certificate] (with an additional academic degree witness book). Upon graduation in year 1983, I did join the ministry of China People Republic as a researcher (ref. For more than 10 year in Canada from year 1989 to 2000, I did work at Canadian school mines unit or mineral site, and receive a scholarship or wage to file individual income tax return paper in Canada. I did secure a "Canadian Scholarship Trust Plan" for a son, born in Canada in year 1994, from about year 1995 in Canada, to beyond year 2000 in United States (ref. after I did suffer job termination at Autodesk Inc., my wife did make the rest of the contribution for the Canadian scholarship trust plan). From year 1990 to 1994 to 1995, I did take two course at Laurentian University in Sudbury, and accomplish the above "Queen's University Doctor of Philosophy academic degree" research work, as well as postdoctoral research work and publishing, at the Geomechanics Centre, engineering department, Laurentian University. In year 1995, this author did request J. Leung of Noranda Technology Centre for permission to register at McGill University without success. In February, 2000, this author did receive a permanent job position offer from Autodesk Incorporation in California state of United States (ref. "cooperation unit 合作單位, association 協助社會"). After about half year on the job, I did suffer from wrong job termination on August 15, 2000, under the "Hire and Fire at Will" slogan (ref. Hitler Nazi fascism, a termination letter from the then department human resource officer A. Tsingos who did replace J. Prewid who was the human resource officer who did help hire me, with work group manager D. Lein, and no permission to enter company property by gate officer F. Giani; but, this author did refuse to accept and sign the termination letter, a Jehovah's witness man at Autodesk Incorporation was with Tsingos and myself at this moment in time; I then did file a court case in Marin county small claims court for the return of a copy of AutoCAD R14 software CD to this author, and get judge judgment for this author; both English word "judge, judgment" have a Chinese language PinYin meaning to "add self place and job"; this did mean that my job employment as a QA Engineer III has been valid from year 2000 to present time; the above AutoCAD R14 software CD was among many a software CD in my office of Autodesk Inc., that I did receive in Canada as an Autodesk Development Network ADN member from year 1998 to 2000 but did disappear; ADN membership fee was about USD$900 dollar per year; there are many more witness man or people for my employment at Autodesk Inc.). After the job termination, I did not succeed to find any employment opportunity in California state. I did receive half year of employment insurance benefit payment from an international employment office in Ottawa, Canada (ref. this was a part of the resident social insurance). I did not find any employment in the United States, Canada or anywhere else since then.

However, this author did work continuously as an independent international ministry or United Nations (headquarters) on my own till the present time for the people rightist-citizen, government and ministry of China, Sweden, Canada, United States, and United Nations, etc. (ref. year 1994 to 1999 Canadian comedy drama TV series "Due South"). I would like to take this precious timely opportunity to request ministry minimum wage, from United States and Canada for the period from year 2001 to present time, from China People Republic from year 1984 to present time, from Sweden from year 1989 to present time, on behalf of the United Nations headquarters in New York and Geneva (ref. historic logistics service of various Jingdom [country] for permanent mission to United Nations headquarters, and going abroad resident ambassador embassy and general consul \ consul general, especially of China People Republic, Korea People Democratic Republic, Sweden, Canada, United States).

In year from year 2005 summer to 2006 winter at the homeless shelter of Los Angels county and city, this author did lead to receive a period of Food card assistance, without or with cash aid (for postal stamp etc.) from the California state government. I have been in the Ohio state from year 2007 new year holiday to the present time. Most recently, this author did lead to receive Food card assistance of around USD$200 per month from the Ohio state government, department of job and family services, for about 17 month till present. I did and will continue to request the government official to turn the thrifty credit on my Food card into cash for me to buy stamp, clothing, bus ticket or even flight ticket, etc. (ref. the credit was EBT$2054, i.e. two thousand and fifty four dollar, by 2025-01-01). It is worth to mention that my monthly purchase price of raw food has always been about USD$100 or CND$100 during my 2.5 year duration in Sweden from 1984 to 1987, 10 year duration in Canada from year 1989 to 2000, and 24 year duration in United States from year 2000 to 2024. I wonder if Canada would provide me with a little cash aid as a part of the ministry minimum wage for ministration or administration ?.

After I did register for the Quality Assurance Engineer III job in a Autodesk Inc. building in San Rafael city, Marin county, California, on March 6, year 2000, I did lead to receive the United States resident social security number witness card, a California driver license witness card.
