When Worzel see the children on thier new bikes, it makes him want one, so he steals a penny farthing, Worzel crashes the bike, and lands himself in trouble, but an old man who witnesses the chaos takes Worzel to one side and offers him a tandem instead...(MN)

When Major Whelpton offers Worzel money for flies for fishing, Worzel cover his face in dung to attract some, but ends up looking like a zombie and scaring the Major, who runs into the trees where he is set upon by two muggers...(MN)

"The Replacement"

Worzel overhears farmer Braithwaite talking to a friend who suggests that he get rid of Worzel and replace him with a Crow-bot.  So when he hears Sue and John talking about a 'live-wire Swede' coming to the Village, he doesn't realise they are talking about a top tennis player, and thinks it's his replacement...(MN)

Worzel's Cousin Sunshine Seedmoult comes to visit, but Sunshine is a keen practical joker, and he is out for Worzel's job...(MN)

Worzel has been reading...again, this time it's a comic that has a story about 'Blackbeard the pirate', so when he spot some students on a raft heading to a fancy dress boat race dressed as pirates, he decides to try and join them...(MN)

"Say It With Flowers"

Worzel takes Aunt Sally some flowers, but she refuses the, and tells Worzel she will only accept Orchids, John and Sue tell him that Orchids only grow in South America, so Worzel goes to the local travel agent!, after getting turfed out he bumps into Theophilus Pleen, who as luck would have it grows Orchids...(BM)

"Hot Shot Worzel"

Worzel is out to impress Aunt Sally again, this time he decides to take up cricket, and reckons he can be better than 'Ironbottom', (Ian Botham), so he barges his way into a local cricket match...(BM)

"Dang Gadgets"

When John and Sue use a tape recorder to play a joke on Worzel, he thinks that it would be a useful gadget, to record his voice and hang on his perch, to scare the crows, so he 'borrows' it... (BM)
