spherical device sent down by an alien (Thexian) space ship to destroy the
Earth. The aliens make Earth aware of of the device, and demand that
all Earth defences are taken down, and will detonate it if they refuse....

Commander Rogue's brother is
looking after things on the rock whilst he is away, everything
is okay
until Wingco is kidnapped, and secret charts are stolen, which means the
whereabouts of the rock are in danger of being leaked...
