It will soon be Christmas. It'd be a great to have a vacation around this time of the year. What's the first thing that comes to my mind when I think of Christmas? Candles! I like candlelights because they are very calm and peaceful. In my room, I have a special lamp. Lights emitting from this lamp reflect onto my ceiling and form the shape of an octopus. It's really cute. When light rays reflect on my window, I can see shades of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and purple. To me, lights represent serenity and happiness because it has so much warmth.

I started collecting candles since last year. I already have a collection of different kinds of candles. Actually, I think burning candles are a bit wasteful. So, I always use it on the very last minute. (laugh)Watching candlelight is fascinating. I like seeing the yellow part of the flame conquering over the white part of the flame. I also like matches. I especially like the smell of the candles when a flame is being blown out, because the scents r eminds me of happy occasions like birthdays.

Recently, the temperature dropped as winter approaches. It is very easy for me to be sick under the influence of this kind of weather because my body is very sensitive to the cold. Not to mention, I am lacking sleep. I only sleep for about 10 hrs a day, and I spend the rest of the day working. I really like sleeping. I can even sleep for 24 hours. (laugh)

On my free time, I sometimes go to the theatre to see a movie. Other then that, I like reading books. Just recently, I received a present from a friend, and I was so delighted to find out that it's a book. I liked it so much that I read the same book for the second time. I think books are the best gift to give and to receive.
