Abstract: This chapter tries to chase the dollar bills
around that were created or generated under a fiscal
stimulus rebate package and see what happens to them, and
then to see just what, in fact, gets stimulated.
In short, we are tracking the squirmy, wormy, dollar bills
as they speed around at high velocity to the different hands
that are out to grab them.
Dollar bills have a short half life, then are burned, and
then reincarnated into a fresh crispy green dollar bill.
The government issues the original dollar bills on its FULL
faith and credit status and does not issue or reissue new
amounts of them on the basis of anticipated tax revenue.
Our government has never fully functioned on anticipated tax
revenue alone, and since the invention of the Fractional
Reserve Banking System, the government just prints what it
thinks it needs, and usually a just little to a lot more for
pork, corruption, foreign bribes, infrastructure, bullets,
and last but not least, a lot of WPA (whistle, piss, and
argue) programs to keep all its citizens employed and off
starvation to enable it to function without disruption.
Hungry citizens are not happy citizens and the money needed
and used for paying for jobs (employment) is just a
bookkeeping entry anyway.
If you want to see earnest poverty and starvation in this
country, just go back to the gold standard and see how fast
the gold leaves the country due to our profligate spending.
With a rapidly shrinking (gold based) money supply
controlling the human labor market you will have more to
fear than fear itself. Read: Massive Monetary Deflation.
Look at it this way: Put a cup of sand in a serving tray.
Begin tapping the tray until the sand is pretty evenly
distributed. Mark one side as America, and then slightly
tilt the tray away to one side or the other to show the
direction of dollar outflows to the creditor nations, and
keep tapping.
Notice how the sand all goes to the tipped down side of the
tray. Notice that the section of America has little sand
left as the sand has all moved off to the other side to the
creditor nations.
That is what will happen to all the gold based dollars of
the country whose money supply is not illusionary or
fractional. The gold leaves the country, wages and prices
become very, very, depressed because there is no more
currency in circulation. All the sand was 'washed' away.
It happened lots of times. Romans! Are you ready for coin
clipping?
Not so with fiat money. Countries just keep inflating until
a country gets out of control and goes into hyper-inflation.
Lot of books on the subject. Lot of real economic history
to revisit.
In the latter instances, human labor was freed under
fractional reserve banking, giving unmanaged human labor an
unrestricted and a free reign to work its waste upon the
landscape and environment.
Truly it is written: We are a nation that is UNDER God.
And that means that we are not along side of Him, or with
Him. We are below Him. Under Him. Beneath Him.
The government, and the government of the earth, have all
demonstrated that they can pound 'full faith and credit'
with gifted expertise into the ground in order to keep the
mindless, misguided, population from screaming their heads
off about their inabiltiy to buy a new twelve mile per
gallon Buick. Feeding our children and keeping them warm is
going to be a serious challenge during the declining oil
years. Oil will go away and so will the asphalt.
None of us ever consider what our thoughtless consumption
habits are doing to the world that we leave to our
grandchildren and their grandchildren.
But let's get back on track to examine the economic stimulus
packages that are often presented by our "keep them from
shouting" government.
So...
Let's examine the Fiscal Stimulus Package
Mr. & Mrs. America take receipt of a one time lump sum of
free 'tax refund' monies from the federal government to help
'stimulate the economy'. Everybody is smiling at the new
economic windfall that has occured to them, ostensibly to
spend in 'stimulating the economy'.
Many people, the actual percentage probably hovering around
umm... say 60%, will run to Walmart or its equivalent to
spend their rebate on whatever it is they want that week.
I myself will run to purchase a spiffy new laptop from Best
Buy. For some, a down payment on a new automobile will be
the ticket, for others they will just pay down some bills.
That one just changes red ink to black ink with no stimulus
effect whatsoever.
Who gets what? Well the sales tax of 8.25% plus or minus
gets all the states some of the rebate spent on items
manufactured overseas. Let's see 8.25% of 160 billion
dollars if all spent at Walmart divided by an uneven 50
states purchasing of foreign goods is about 13.2 billion
dollars. California would get about 1 billion, Rhode Island
would get $49.50 being a tad smaller... anyhow you get the
idea. Some of it even goes back to the fed
Any jobs created? Sure! Walmart hires a couple of sales
trainees for the minimum wage. Best Buy doesn't lay off a
couple of employees for a while longer. Jobs created?
Sure! in China, where all the purchased items are
manufactured. My new laptop is made in China, the new car
is made in Japan, and most of the gizmos from Walmart are
made as well in Asia somewhere, usually China.
Fiscal stimulus okay... just the wrong country.
Okay, so all the rebate monies go to China. The Chinese
banks have taken receipt of a lot more monies from Chinese
manufacturers windfall from American purchasers, so the
Chinese banks reserves have increased from sources in
America spent on chinese stuff.
What are the Chinese banks going to do with the money? Why
they are going to purchase U.S.A. Treasury bonds or notes
that are continually weakening in purchasing power as
America continues to spend beyond its full faith and credit
limits.
Stimulate the economy? sure...
I hope the people of China appreciate our purchases to keep
them employed manufacturing what we no longer manufacture.
The economic puddles of mud that the current economic
processes create and are fed to the American public boggle
the mind.
But there are far deeper, darker, vaster, realities hidden
beneath the surface of economic issues, and these concern
the realities and the continum of God's 4th Dimensional
Theoretically Perfect Justice and the alternate institution
of Darknesse's invisible black holes in waiting.
Economic stimulus package indeed...
The Multi-National companies no longer wave any American
flag, or probably any flag at all. America has been reduced
in their eyes, to just a 'profit center'. We can make it
here and sell it there, and f*ck the people's of the various
nations involved. Patrolling all the Earth to and fro
indeed...
The only thing getting stimulated is the American public's
asshole and the further rape of the earth by six billion
people all cheering them on for additional consumption.
The nice thing about democracies is that they tend to give
people freedom. The bad thing about democracies is that
people feel free under freedom to consume the earth. No one
is taught that freedom carries with it responsibilities that
include protecting the earth for our own children by
disciplining our own consumptions... The multi-nationals
should be throttled way the hell back and forced to into
"sustainable consumption by the billions of people mode"
Economic stimulus... yeah right...
