The Electrino

a theoretical particle between the

Neutrino and the Photon?

Abstract: Theory: a photon plus some field neutralizing
particle yields a neutrino.

Joe really doesn't know the half life of this idea, you'll
have to ask the guys at CERN. The idea came to me as all
ideas do, out of the blue. perhaps out of the black, or
even possible out of the white or yellow. i really don't
know.

But consider: a neutron equals a proton plus an electron
most of the time so the two particles, an electron and a
proton, both probably net particles or particles made up
from other elements form to make up another particle plus
another tiny little guy of some sort or another.

Now, an neutrino zips along and is apparently unbothered by
any polar attraction so it goes right through most things
unimpeded. Not so with photons. Sooo....

It is obvious that the photon has some sort of minor polar
field attached to it.

And since its mass is so close to a neutrino. The idea
popped into my head that a neutrino might just be or is,
just a photon plus some other add-on particle that
neutralizes the photons field.

For now, let's call the new particle, an electrino. But a
gravatino or a magnatino might be just as appropriate name
for the 'new' particle or all three might be involved as
independent tiny guys that just glom onto whatever they can
and in so doing, alter the properties of the total particle.

So, a little guy starts out as a photon, then adds to its
travels an even tinier little guy (now called an electrino
for the next two weeks) that neutralizes whatever charges or
polarity that the photon has by nature and then converts it
to a neutrino which then sails on by most of everything.

Thus endeth the neutrino = photon + electrino concept.

Now, how are you going to figure out how to veryify this
imaginative hypothesis?

what's would the ev of the electrino or gravatrino or
magnatrino tend to be? Another 1/1836 ratio?

Have we described the existence of a new particle here? If
so, then joseph_sixpack gets dibs at naming the new
particle. hmmm, how about the Hopalong Cassidy and his
hourse, Topperino particle? Or maybe the Anglino Tomb
Raiders Jolietrino? You know, something short and easy to
remember for us ancient males...
