Combine and Decode with Outlook Express

 

Here I highlight 3 files by holding down the control key while I left click.
Then I right click while keeping my arrow over at least one of the highlighted parts. 1

Then from the pop up menu I choose "combine and decode". 2

Then move them in order (1/x always being on top). 3
Click 'OK' above and you're done.
