So, by now y'all probably think I'm some weak-kneed comicbook junkie who does nothing except think of strange ways to be funny and watch relatively mundane television shows....
Well, I can't really argue with the first part (except that bit about being weak-kneed), but I think the presence of this page will do something to contradict the second.
"The Road to Justice is Twisted."
And it doesn't get much more twisted than "The Shield." You want nitty, gritty, in-your-face, no-punches-pulled television? Well, look no further than this FX original. Michael Chiklis leads an all-star cast in this critically-acclaimed police drama about walking the fine line between the law and justice. Sure, it may not be suitable for audiences under 17, and yeah, there's enough violence and blood and shooting to put most R-rated movies to shame, but underneath it's tough exterior, there's more to this show than meets the eye. Just watch carefully and keep an open mind--it isn't really that difficult.
