Our New House - Kitchen This is the first time I've been able to get a photo of the appliances in the kitchen. Nothing else in there yet, but you get the idea :) As you can see from the photos, we've got more cabinets than we could possibly need (and I thought I had a lot at my previous house). But as I said on that page, who wants to bet every cabinet will be filled by Christmas? I did get some new kitchen towels, pot holders and such, but naturally I hadn't put them out when I took the photos. Sheesh!
I'll admit that having a nice kitchen in my previous house encouraged me to cook more (although, the microwave got a good workout too), so I'm confident that the combination of having a beautiful kitchen, and a loving husband to share it with, will get me spending more time in the kitchen and perhaps even COOKING!
And the island counter between the kitchen and breakfast nook will be perfect for serving up holiday meals - starting with this year's Thanksgiving dinner, which my DAD has already volunteered to cook.
