| The premise was the same as all previous incarnations. Two teams of two played. The celebrities, in round one, tried to convey a word using one-word clues. |

| But, as in "Password Plus" that word went into puzzle. The answer was a person place or thing. There were up to five clues in a puzzle. |

| The first player to guess the puzzle correctly won $100 for their team. Roles alternated each round, and the second puzzle was worth $200. |
