TALK THE TALK

Object: Have the most money after two rounds, and try for $10,000.

ROUND ONE: Two couples compete. The first couple chooses one to answer questions and one to go in the isolation booth. The player choosing to answer questions chooses one category out of three possible. Each correct answer earns their partner three seconds of time. They have four seconds to answer each, and after 10 questions are played, they come out of the booth and the results are not shown. The player in the booth then picks one of three categories. This category pertains to a set of 10 words, which they describe to their partner in the time earned for $100 each. An illegal clue consists of saying part of the word or telling them it rhymes with or sounds like another word. If an illegal clue is given, the word is thrown out and time continues. Also, if all words are conveyed they win a jackpot of $1000 that increases $250 per day not won. After the first couple takes their turn, the other couple uses the remaining categories for their play. After the second couple plays, the round ends.

ROUND TWO: The trailing couple goes first in round two. If there was a tie, the team who was second in round one starts. New categories are posed and words conveyed are now worth $150. The top scorer after this round wins the game. If there is a tie, the couple who made the tie plays five words, while the other couple is in the booth. The clock counts up this time around, and when all five words are conveyed, the clock stops, the other couple comes out and does the same five words, trying to be faster then the other team. If they are faster, they win $200 more and the game, if not the other team wins $200 more and the game.

BONUS ROUND: The winning couple chooses a giver. Then they separate - giver in the booth, reciever outside. One member answers three, five-second questions. After the time is built, the giver picks one of three categories to a subject. They describe to the other the subject in the time earned. The reciever can guess up to four seconds after the buzzer. If they get three right before they get two wrong, they win $10,000. If they get two wrong, they win $1,000 for each correct subject conveyed.
