This is a Block 1 Apollo spacecraft that was launched on February 26, 1966.

This flight in 1966 was the first to use the Saturn 1B rocket and the first to use an Apollo spacecraft not a boilerplate.
Launch at Pad -34 occured at 11:12 local time and the flight only lasted 37 minutes.  Splashdown was in the South Atlantic and the USS Boxer picked up the craft.
