When Lee Bussard was five months old, he was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Although many believed he could never function effectively, Lee learned to walk without braces and speak clearly enough to be understood. Lee then became among the first disabled Canadians to be fully mainstreamed into public school.
Equally at home addressing corporate audiences on managing diversity or teaching those who are differently-abled how to be and do more than they ever thought possible, Lee's style is both serious and wildly funny. He makes people laugh and he makes them cry. More importantly, he helps them to expand their comfort zones and grow.
Since 1984, Lee has been associated with The Pacific Institute, an international consulting organization that teaches people in organizational settings how to achieve success by controlling the way that they think.
