David moved with his father William II and brother Gilbert from Orange Co., North Carolina to Abbeville District, South Carolina in late 1798 or early 1799. David Ansley's estate was administered December 20, 1824 by his wife Margaret. Sold- June 13, 1825 in Abbeville District, South Carolina. Box 3, Pack 45 (Abbeville County Courthouse) Margaret's will was administered by William Ansley. Citation published at the Cedar Springs Church, Abbeville District, South Carolina.
