Morgan Joseph Burke - Born 24 Dec 1906 in Waterbury Co. New Haven Connecticut. Morgan married Fanny Thoms in Waterbury, Connecticut. They had two daughters Sandra and Susan. Morgan was a graduate of Manhattan College and Fordam University Law School. He was a partner of the law firm of Doarsey, Burke and Griffin at 44 Wall Street New York, New York. On 28 Aug 1959 Morgan was bestowed with the rank of Knight of the Order of Merit of the Republic of Italy; which was a token of appreciation for activities in the interest of the Italian Government. He lived most of his adult life in Larchmont, New York where he also help a position of municipal judge. Morgan died Dec. 1967 from injuries incurred in a horse jumping accident.

Noreen Burke - Born 1907 in Waterbury Co. New Haven Connecticut. Noreen married Donald Connelly in Waterbury, Connecticut. They adopted two daughters Ann and Jane. Noreen attended Connecticut Normal School and Post Business College. She held a position with the probate court in Waterbury Connecticut until her marriage. Noreen's avocation was being a seamstress and created many of her childrens clothing with great profession and beauty. She lived her adult life in Willimantic Connecticut. Noreen died in Willimantic Connecticut in 1988.

John and Ann's witnesses were John's sister Noreene Conelly and Ann's brother John Rock. Ann graudated from St. Mary's School Waterbury, Ct. 23 June 1929. Ann recieved the Palmer Method Certifiet for business writing 18 Jun 1928. Ann graduated from Crosby High School and went to Hair Dressing School in Bridgeport Cn. After graduating from hairdressing school she opened a beauty shop at 821 North Main Street in Waterbury Cn. After having her child she left the business world. Ann died 10 Oct 1990 in O'fallon Mo. and was buried next to her mother at Mt. Olive Cemetery, Watertown, Cn. No. 307 section 1. Ann and John had one child:

Thomas Ailbe Burke - Born 31 Dec. 1912 in Waterbury Co. New Haven Connecticut. Ailbe married Alice Bradley 7 Sep 1940 in Waterbury, Connecticut. They had four children Ailbe, Alice Ann, Mary Jo and Morgan. Ailbe was considered one of Waterbury Connecticut finest athletes. He was a graduate of Colgate University. His business career was with the Chase Brass Company where he was a Regional Salesman in the Indianapolis In. branch. After retiring Ailbe moved back to Waterbury Connecticut. Ailbe died in Waterbury Connecticut in 1986.

Rites scheduled for Alice Burke, former teacher
The funeral for Mrs. Alice (Bradley) Burke, 67, of 49 Sharon Road, a retired parochial school teacher, will be held Wednesday at 9:15 a.m. from the Bergin Funeral Home, 290 East Main St., to Blessed Sacrament Church for a Mass at 10.
Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Calling hours are today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Mrs. Burke, wife of T. Ailbe Burke, and sister of Workmen's Compensation Commissioner Edward D. Bradley, died Sunday evening at St. Mary's Hospital after a brief illness.
Mrs. Burke was born in Waterbury, Sept. 10, 1913, a daughter of the late Edward F. and Mrs. Alice McCarty Bradley, who headed the Waterbury office of the state Motor Vehicle Department several years ago.
Mrs. Burke moved to Indianapolis, Ind., at the time of her marriage, returning with her husband two years ago. A graduate of Bunker Hill Grammar School, and Crosby High School, where she was vice president of her Class of 1931, Mrs. Burke was also a graduate of Barnard College, New York City and Butler University, Indianapolis.
She taught at the Immaculate Heart of Mary School in Indianapolis for many years, and was the recipient of the Monsignor Albert Busald Service Award for outstanding achievement and service to the youth of the Archdiocese of Indianapolis.
Locally, she was a communicant of Blessed Sacrament Church.
Besides her husband and brother, Mrs. Burke leaves two sons, T. Ailbe Burke of St. Paul, Minn., and attorney Morgan J. Burke of Hammond, Ill., two daughters, Mrs. John (Alice Anne) Rector of San Francisco, Calif., and Mrs. Walter (Mary Joan) Horlacher of Simsbury; another brother, John J Bradley of Chicago, Ill.; six sisters, Miss Joan Bradley, who served many years as director of Public Health Nursing in Waterbury, Mrs. Robert (Mary) Vogelsang of Mystic, Mrs. Neil (Grace) Lorenson of Watertown, Mrs. John (Sally) Flynn of Miami, Fla., Mrs. Paul (Anne) Moran of Wethersfield, and Mrs. Richard (Barbara) Peterson of Bristol; nine grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Contributions in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, 175 Grove St., Waterbury.
