ROCK – In this city, July 23, 1949, Frank Rock of North Main St.; Waterbury.  Aged 60.

Frank Rock

            Frank Rock, 60, North Main St., died suddenly yesterday morning.  Death was due to natural causes according to Dr. Harold F. Morrill, assistant medical examiner.

Mr. Rock was born in Bridgeport, Sept. 1, 1888, son of the late John and Ann (Carey) Rock.  He lived in Waterbury for 40 years.

Survivors include his wife, Ellen; a son, John, and a daughter, Mrs. Francis Larson, all of Waterbury; a brother, William; and a sister, Mrs. Ann Healey, both of Bridgeport.

The funeral will be held tomorrow morning at 8:30 from the Lunny Funeral Home, 25 Central Ave., to the Immaculate Conception Church for a Mass at 9.  Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.  There will be private calling hours at the funeral home this evening from 7 to 9 o’clock.
