Arts and Entertainment Takai Sennyo arts are varied, however two in particular are distinctive. One is flute playing. Long numbers are performed in ceremonies, and for entertainment. Another, is known as dream or vision projection. As far as is known it is unique to the Takai Sennyo, as only they seem to have the mental abilities that make this possible. Dream projection was originally a form of communication: causing an image of oneself into another person's dream, often over long distances. Skilled projectors can create elaborate images and scenarios which may seem to be very long to the person experiencing them, but in actuality can take only a few minutes. In order for this to be done the recipient must be asleep or in a trancelike state. Often the projector must be in a similar state, but experienced projectors can do it very little effort
