The multichannel mix is nearly perfect. Elliot Scheiner does a very good job of keeping things interesting in the surrounds while maintaining the focus up front. However, the sonics are a bit dull and lifeless---which pulls the overall rating down. It is still listenable, though. Contains the hit songs "Rosanna" and "Africa". (Note: Toto IV was originally released as a stereo-only SACD; a second version added the multi-channel tracks. Also... Don't be fooled by the Compact Disc logo on the front cover. This is a single layer disc that requires a Super Audio CD player.)
