Kazaam's Guitars
It's hard to believe I've had this imitation SG for about 14 years!  Honestly, I thought it was old when I bought it, but time just keeps on ticking.  The brand on the headstock says "Pan".  On the back of the guitar are the words "Made In Japan".  So, I suppose it's called a "Pan" due to its place of origin?  I'm guessing.  Anyway... It's not a bad guitar for a cheapy.  The fingerboard and frets are nice and smooth, so it doesn't accidently cut my fingers when I'm trying to play.  It can sound nice and fuzzy, but doesn't really have any of the truly subtle distortion of, say, a Gibson Les Paul.  Frankly, considering the fact I can't really play other than just a little bit, there's probably not much reason to have anything better than the "Pan".
Here's a Squier Stratocaster-styled guitar.  Years ago, I really wanted an actual Fender; but I was too poor to afford a real one.  (And, frankly, my playing ability didn't warrant it.)  As time passed, my interests turned to other things.  Sure... I still have a soft spot for guitars, but I can't reasonably spend much money on them.  That's why I recently settled on this Squier.  At least it's part of the Fender family, albeit probably a very distant relative that is rarely spoken about at parties.  No big deal.  I'm very happy with it for the price.
